We use IONOS WebAnalytics for the statistical evaluation and technical optimisation of our website.

You can contact us by email or by phone. If you do so, we process the personal data you provide solely to handle your enquiry and to contact you.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your contact is aimed at concluding or performing an insurance contract. In all other cases, the processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Please do not send special categories of personal data by unencrypted email, in particular no health data, unless we have expressly asked you to do so and have agreed a suitable transmission channel with you.
6. Contact via WhatsApp
On our website we offer you the option of contacting us directly via WhatsApp using a button or link.
The WhatsApp button is merely a link to WhatsApp. Only when you actively click the button is a connection to WhatsApp established and your enquiry transmitted to us via WhatsApp. Simply visiting our website does not transmit any data to WhatsApp via the WhatsApp button.
When you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes in particular your phone number, profile information, the content of your communication, technical usage data and, where applicable, further metadata. WhatsApp is provided by:

Please do not send any sensitive or confidential data via WhatsApp, in particular no health data, claims data, ID or bank details, contract documents or access credentials. For such content, please use our email address or agree a secure transmission channel with us.
We do not use WhatsApp for unsolicited advertising or newsletters. We will only contact you via WhatsApp insofar as you have established contact yourself or have expressly consented to this.

7. Disclosure of data
Within the general agency, only those persons who need it to handle your enquiry are given access to your data.

Our website uses no cookies for analytics, marketing or advertising purposes.
Technically essential technologies may be used where they are necessary for the secure and error-free provision of the website. According to IONOS, no cookies are used for IONOS WebAnalytics.
The WhatsApp button is used purely as a link. Accessing this website therefore sets no WhatsApp cookies and transmits no data to WhatsApp.
10. No advertising and no newsletter
We do not send any newsletter via this website and use no advertising, no remarketing, no social media pixels and no external analytics or marketing tracking tools.
